This presents parts of an earlier website that I maintained for APLC, starting in 1995 and continuing for the next 16 years, one of the first ELCA websites online. Information on this website is quite out of date and does not represent current events at APLC. The intent of this site is to present historical information concerning APLC. Rosemary and I have been members of APLC since 1963, when it began as a mission church. Now, more than 56 years later, it's been a long, long trip.
 

The basic purpose for maintaining this site is:
a. Our account of APLC early history
b. Our Sunday Lectionary (three years of Sundays)
c. Our weekly Running in Faith devotions written by members of APLC
 

Our Running in Faith devotions run from 1999 to 2016. Our Sunday Lectionary is actively maintained and is up to date (2020). This represents quite a bit of effort and I do hope that our readers find them useful. Looking at the Sunday readings in the Lectionary before Service helps make the readings at church so much more understandable.

We are a Protestant ELCA Lutheran church in Ewing, Central NJ, with members from several communities, including Hopewell, Pennington, Lawrenceville, Princeton. Look for us on Route 31, about half a mile south of the I95 interchange. There's lots of space in our off-the-street parking area. We offer many opportunities to serve our Lord, our Church, our community, our neighbor, ourselves.
