The Youth Room, a special room for the older children to just hang out, is on the lower level. You can visit the lower level by using the stairs near the Sanctuary or by using the elevator. The floor plan, the top-left corner, shows roughly where the Youth Room is located on the lower level, beneath the Sanctuary.
