My wife has been in Chicago over the past weekend attending her Aunt who is in hospice and failing. I was put in mind of this Gospel passage this Easter weekend while I was reflecting what to write for this Devotional. How much more elegantly and simply can our beliefs be summed up?

Most sweet and gracious Lord Jesus, we kneel before You in reverence, awaiting our time and place in Your Father's house. Bring us to Your eternal peace and grace in our due time. Amen
