Driving directions are available under Contact Us on the home page.
Highway Route 31 is to the left of the photo, with an entrance to the parking lot from the north bound lane. There is a second, less used entrance from the right. Entrance to the building, generally not visible from the highway, is seen in the center of the photo.
The education wing, not shown, is to the right of the photo. Also, a large fellowship hall, also not shown, is in the rear of the building. The hall is suitable for Christmas dinners and similar activities.
Abiding Presence Lutheran Church began in early 1963 as a mission church supported by The Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Trenton, NJ. As the congregation grew, the church building was constructed in 1967 in the current location. The original church building was primarily a sanctuary, with some offices and a kitchen, with plans to grow in two more stages.
The education wing was added during the second phase, with some class rooms, a nursery and a small fellowship room.
Finally, during the third phase, a new and larger sanctuary was added as an entirely new wing. Some classrooms were added below the sanctuary, with a new elevation installed between floors. The small fellowship room in the education wing was converted to a room for adult education, and the old sanctuary became the new, larger fellowship hall.
